Terms and Conditions 

Please read the following terms and conditions before submitting your registration. Your submission of the completed registration form indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. 

 

Learning Environment

We do our best to create a safe and conducive learning environment for all participants at classes, events and workshops organised by the Life Giving Consultancy which will hereby be known as “The Company”.

The Company (and all affiliated staff and/or volunteer(s)) will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage including but not limited to suffering and death that may arise either directly or indirectly from these classes, events or workshops.

 

Fees, Payment and Policy of Classes

All payment must be made in full before the commencement of any classes, excursions, workshops or other events organised by The Company. Partial payment e.g. deposit for reservation of places will not be accepted. 

Payment is non-transferable between persons, classes, events or workshops. The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of its events or workshops for reasons such as, but not limited to, insufficient sign-ups and instructor unavailability. Participants will be notified at least 2 days in advance and can choose to join a similar class, event or workshop. If the class, event or workshop is cancelled or postponed, participants can also opt for a refund.

 

Refund Policy

Fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable, especially if a participant pays but does not show up. Should paid participants be unable to attend due to medical reasons and or emergencies such as COVID, one can write in to “lifegivingminsg@gmail.com” and refund will be case by case basis.  The Company reserves the right to make changes to the class/workshops schedule. In the unlikely event that a class, event or workshop is cancelled, and not postponed, the participant will be entitled to a refund of all fees paid. 

 

Medial Release

By registering for courses, events or workshops held by The Company, you hereby grant The Company the right to use any photos, videos or other media taken of you during these events for the purpose of (but not limited to) electronic direct mails (EDMs), marketing collaterals, advertisements in print, posters, illustrations, and advertising on social media platforms.

You also agree to release and discharge any media personnel from any and all claims or demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of these photos, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right to privacy.

 

Consent to these Terms and Conditions

By registering for the events or workshops conducted by The Company, you indicate your consent to these Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and immediately enforce such amendment.
